We engineered a robust 4-cavity precision injection mold built for efficient, high-volume production. Constructed from pre-hardened alloy steel (P20/718H), the mold incorporates a multi-zone hot runner temperature control system and dedicated safety lifting assemblies for seamless maintenance and operation.

Optimized Cavity Layout: The balanced 2×2 cavity configuration ensures uniform melt flow and consistent clamping pressure, delivering reliable part-to-part repeatability and low unit manufacturing costs.

High-Efficiency Thermal Management: Strategic cooling channel placement paired with high-conductivity copper alloy inserts ensures rapid, uniform heat dissipation. This shortens cycle times and helps prevent warping or sink marks on thin-walled sections.

Precision Surface Finish: High-polish cavity surfaces and optimized runner geometry facilitate smooth material filling under high pressure, ensuring consistent part weight and structural integrity.
