A nozzle is a precision fluid-control component engineered to regulate the direction, flow rate, and atomization of liquids or gases for targeted spraying, cleaning, cooling, or coating applications. It plays an important role in extensive industries from agriculture, aerospace propulsion to firefighting systems.
Material Selection: Choosing the correct material is vital to ensuring long-term structural durability, high chemical compatibility, and consistent performance under different applications. We can process stainless steel, brass, titanium and plastics including PEEK, nylon, Teflon and carbon fiber. At Vios, when our client has difficulty in choosing material, we will analyze the exact operational environment of application (wear resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, thermal stability) to select the optimal material for custom nozzles.
Machining: Our workshop equips a complete suit of machines including 3/4/5 axis machines, grinding and EDM etc. We use turning technology to create the nozzle body and leverage high-precision multi-axis CNC machining to fabricate complex internal geometries.
Post-machining: To improve the surface finish, we provide several surface treatments: Polishing and Grinding, Plating and Coating.
Quality Control: To guarantee that every custom nozzle meets strict performance, safety, and regulatory standards, Vios implements a rigorous testing suite tailored to your application's requirements, including Dimensional Inspection, Pressure Testing and Flow Testing.
