Manufacturing & Quality
1) Molded to ±0.01mm precision for consistent terminal spacing, ensuring perfect alignment with contacts and seals.
2) One-piece molding integrates housing, locking clips, foolproof keying, and secondary locking features, eliminating assembly gaps and enhancing reliability.
3) Manufactured under IATF 16949 quality system, with 100% dimensional inspection and validation for insertion force, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, IP rating, vibration/shock, and thermal cycling. Full PPAP documentation is available.
