Our knee replacement component is fabricated from Ti-6Al-4V ELI (Grade 5) titanium alloy that is biocompatible and mitigates immune response risks. Meanwhile, this medical-grade alloy combines superior corrosion resistance with high fatigue strength, effectively matching the structural demands of natural knee joints to deliver predictable, consistent patient outcomes.

By applying a mirror polish (Ra 0.2) to the surface, our implant component can minimizes friction across articulating surfaces, mitigating the generation of osteolytic wear debris while enhancing osseointegration to expedite post-operative healing.

With 0.005 precision tolerance, our orthopedic implant component ensures a seamless anatomical match with natural knee geometry.
