Production Challenges We Solve
‑ Difficult demolding of multi‑port undercuts
The part has multiple irregular coolant ports. Conventional slides cannot realize stable demolding. The mold adopts hydraulic long‑stroke core pulling to guarantee consistent dimension and roundness of every port across batches and reduce subsequent assembly rework.
‑ Warpage‑induced leakage of glass‑filled material
PA66‑GF30 glass‑filled nylon is highly prone to warpage during molding, which directly causes leakage after radiator crimping. Material shrinkage is calibrated at the mold design stage. Conformal balanced cooling channels restrain deformation of sealing flanges and ensure reliable crimp sealing performance.
‑ Heavy mold abrasion from glass‑filled melt
Continuous scouring from glass‑fiber melt leads to rapid cavity wear and dimension deviation. Wear‑resistant hot‑work tool steel is selected for cavity and core to extend mold service life and preserve part accuracy even under long‑term high‑volume production.
‑ Ejection‑related damage to thin‑wall pressure‑bearing parts
Thin‑wall housing with dense internal ribs tends to suffer from whitening or sink marks caused by improper ejection. Combined ejector blocks and ejector pins distribute ejection force evenly to keep finished parts intact in appearance and structure.
