To withstand the abrasive “sandpaper‑like” friction from glass‑filled polymers, we manufacture core and cavity inserts from through‑hardened H13 tool steel (HRC 48‑52) or S136 stainless steel. The mold targets a service life of at least 500,000 shots.

6. Verify Sample Performance Prior To Shipment
